OLD Portal - A beginners guide to the Call-Angels customer portal




Your Call-Angels Portal is the way that you:
  1. Seeing Subscription details such as you local number and mobile numebr
  2. Modify services - tasks such as forwarding calls,
  3. Topping up balance for outbound APP calls (international etc),
  4. Seeing Call History (last 7 days),
  5. Purchasing extra features such as additional app users.
When you are a new user, with a Mobile Unlimited subscription, you also use the portal to Activate a new SIM received by post.

The portal home page is separated into 6 main Areas
  1. Navigation - to extra pages for Payment History, Subscription Plan and Call History (see above in GREEN)
  2. Current Package - a summary of your plan (see above in MAGENTA/PINK) - click HERE for more detailed information
  3. Your Numbers and Call routing - You can both see current setting and also make changes to where calls are routed (see above in CYAN/LIGHT BLUE) - click HERE for more detailed information
  4. Cancellation Requests (see above in BROWN)
  5. Upgrading and Additional Purchases - see above in DARK BLUE) - click HERE for more detailed information
  6. Top-Ups' and Cash Balance - (see above in YELLOW) - click HERE for more detailed information
  7. Account User details update - (see above in RED)
