OLD Portal - Your current Active Prison Calls Unlimited Products
This section of the portal is broken into 3 main areas
1 - Your Active Package
Here
you can see details of your bundle, If the SIM is pending activation
(shown here in blue), your monthly price and the date/time that you
signed up for that bundle.
2 - The details of the subscription
This allows you to see:
- the mobile number on which your app should be installed,
- where
(if anywhere) your calls are forwarded to. This is only available if
your App Call bundle includes minutes (not Mobile SIM minutes), or if
you have enough top-up on your account.
- What
geographic number(s) you have pointing to your app. This is an 01 or 02
number which represents the area you live/work in and is a number you
can display on outbound app calls.
- What
App users (1000 shown here), your calls are routed to. There will be
several numbers listed here is you have purchased extra app instances
for either family or work colleagues. Importantly, if you do have
several users, they are able to call each other by dialing their 4 digit
app code.
